Baltic Triangle means one thing COOL! Prior to 2008 Baltic was a forgotten area of the city occupied by poor quality, industrial buildings peppered with the odd fabulous old mill building. Post 2008 developers turned their attention to the area and began building new apartment blocks to cater for desire both tenants and buyers to live in this up and coming area of the city. At the same time the cheap cost of office space and an abundance of commercial buildings to refurb sparked a boom in the digital, media sector who saw the up and coming location as a more suitable alternative to the business district.

Fast forward 15 years and Baltic has now become one of the most popular areas of Liverpool City Centre to live, work and play. Baltic has also expanded out of its original boundaries (the famous Triangle) with the additional area around Cain’s Brewery Village quickly transforming into one of the most sought after leisure and retail destinations. A future railway station adjoining Cain’s promises to accelerate this regeneration even further.

Get your walking shoes on and wonder around. Head out of the city past John Lewis and you will get to Baltic and its cool, funky offer.
Bongo’s Bingo is a Baltic institution and now famous all around the UK and further afield. It’s a must do when in the city but be prepared it’s a crazy, mad night!
Golf Fang at Cain’s is another Liverpool institution and should not be missed. Be warned the best golfer doesn’t always win!
You can spend hours wandering around Cain’s Brewery Village and this former brewery has become a must see/experience for the city as a whole.

Baltic Market is a must do when in the City Centre and Baltic. Home to a large collection of eateries from all over the world, the market attracts thousands of visitor’s day and night and is in the heart of Cain’s Brewery Village.
The latest addition to Cain’s is Box Park who opened only their second venue outside London. A cool place to hang out for food, drinks and entertainment!
A relative newcomer to the area in 2022 is the marvellous Manifest a real foodies heaven serving great food and wine and a favourite of ours at City Residential.

In addition to being a great place to eat Baltic Market is just as popular for a drink and should not be missed. There are plenty of other bars at Cain’s Brewery Village.
Ryde is a great little “cyclists” café that is extremely popular with locals and visitors.
Love Lane Brewery is another popular destination for a drink or some decent food whilst the funky Sugar and Dice Board Game Café offers exactly what it says on the tin and is a “gem of a place” typical of Baltic!

Many residents choose to live at the north end of Baltic close to Liverpool One as this offers close proximity to the shopping of Liverpool One, Baltic and Albert Dock.
Baltic is home to many new developments that are currently being built or have recently been completed.
