New residential scheme from Davos

Fresh from the announcement of the King Edward proposals, Liverpool based developer Davos Property Developments has submitted plans for a multi-million pound mixed-used development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. Davos which is owned by Home Bargains billionaire Tom Morris, have unveils plans for another 199 apartment led mixed-use development that will be close to the new Liverpool Baltic station. These latest proposals come off the back of another Baltic scheme on Blundell Street announced in April

The latest proposals also include co-working space, ground floor commercial units and residents’ amenities, such as a gym and rooftop terraces. The scheme has been designed by the Liverpool office of Falconer Chester Hall and will include townhouses and balconies to most of the apartments rising to a height of 13 storeys
