The Unity Building Apartments were completed in 2007 by Rumford Investments and forms part of the overall mixed use Unity Development comprising a 16-storey office building and a 27-storey residential building. Although separate towers the buildings share an eight-storey podium base of retail and parking at the lower levels. The residential building contains 162 apartments.
