One Park West is one of Liverpool’s leading and most popular residential buildings. Designed by the world-famous César Pelli (most well-known for designing the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur) it was his firm’s first building outside of London. The building was completed in December 2008. One Park West forms part of the Liverpool One development which was also opened in 2008 just in time for the Liverpool Capital of Culture year. Offering extensive views across Chavasse Park towards Liverpool One, and to the west over the Albert Dock/River Mersey, the majority of the apartments in the building benefit from a stunning aspect and abundant natural light from the full height glazed façade.
