Liverpool Waters is one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects and promises to transform 60 hectares of redundant land in the northern docks of the city into a £5billion mixed use development. Although it’s in the early stages of a 30-year development programme there are already several residential projects completed with many more on the way.

The first two schemes (Park Central and Quay Central) were developed fronting Jesse Hartley Way and offer attractive views across the entire Liverpool Waters scheme and back across to the city skyline. They comprise a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom high specification apartments. Once further stages of Liverpool Waters are complete the initial schemes will also offer views across the new Central Park a 5-acre area of open space adjoining the canal link to Liverpool City Centre.
