Hannah joins the team

We are excited to announce that Hannah Radcliffe has joined the team at City Residential as a tenanted property manager. Hannah joins us after a few years of various roles in both property and hospitality so is ideally placed to deal with the challenges of managing property in a vibrant and busy city centre like Liverpool!

Hannah’s arrival comes at a important time for the company as we increase our new business resource with the aim of continuing to grow our portfolio over the coming months. Although the private rented sector is seeing some landlords exiting the sector (predominately due to the Renters Rights Act) here at City Residential we continue to grow our number of properties under management, cementing our position as the leading city centre letting agent.
