Jamie joins the City Res team!

We are delighted to welcome Jamie Guy to the growing City Res team. Continuing our ongoing commitment to employ new team members from outside of the property world, Jamie joins us after experience in the hospitality sector but is keen to embark on a property career moving forward. He will join the team as a tenanted property manager and has already settled into his role with two 5* Google reviews in his first week!

Jamie’s appointment comes at an important time for the company, and the estate agency/letting agency sector as a whole, with the new Renters Rights Act having become law on the1st May 2026. Jamie will help us ensure that all of our landlord clients, and their tenants, fully understand the new legislation which is the biggest shake up in the property sector for over 30 years!
