Onwards and Upwards!

We are delighted to announce a double promotion in our team here at City Residential. As we position ourselves for strong growth over the coming year we have promoted Frances Lyons to Head of Operations and Samantha McCauley to Head of Sales.

Fran was formally Head of Sales and has now taken on a more operational role overseeing all aspects of the company. Sam’s promotion to Head of Sales from Assistant Head of Sales comes at a time the company is investing heavily in marketing, staffing and technology to grow our sales department when many of our competitors are cutting back.

Commenting on the promotion Alan Bevan City Residential’s Managing Director highlighted the hard work and commitment both have shown. “Fran and Sam are an essential part of our team, not just for today but even more so for the future. They have both worked incredibly hard during their time at City Residential but also have the company’s ethos, morals and ethics at the forefront of everything that they do. Kerry and I are extremely proud of what they have achieved and look forward to a prosperous future ahead together as they help us grow the company as well as their own careers”.
