A resilient student market

Our latest quarterly report titled “A resilient student market” is now available to download here

The report discusses how the student market in Liverpool city centre has coped with some of the challenges of the last few years including the withdrawal of family visas, a reduction in Chinese students and increasing attractiveness of apprenticeships. We also discuss what effect the upcoming Renters Rights Bill will have on the market as well as why we aren’t seeing more PBSA in Liverpool.

Alan Bevan

Managing Director Alan began his property career as a trainee surveyor before moving into Estate Agency in the early 90’s.
