A new proposal has been submitted to Liverpool City Council for the erection of 85 apartments in two six-storey blocks in the Pumpfields district of Liverpool. The proposals come from Brack Construction who are a locally based developer based on Blackstock Street where the development site is located.
The planned scheme comprises a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with the larger block fronting Paul Street containing 60 apartments and the smaller block fronting Oriel Street containing 25 apartments. The development will not contain any affordable housing according to the viability assessment produced by Liverpool based Aspinall Verdi.
The scheme is located in the emerging Pumpfields District to the north of the city which is already seeing a boom in construction activity with the development of other schemes including the Gateway scheme from Legacie and the proposed Metalworks scheme from Jarron.
