Triple promotion at City Res!

City Residential are delighted to announce a triple promotion as we embark on a period of anticipated growth heading into 2026 and beyond. The three promotions are in line with our belief that promoting from within makes any company more successful whilst giving junior members of the team a progressive career path that is often missing in many companies.

The three promotions will see Harry Edwards moving from sales valuer to Head of Sales, Mia Franco moving from lettings supervisor to Head of Lettings and Danielle Kilty to Head of Accounts. All three members of staff now form part of the management team at City Residential, ensuring that we maintain our position as the leading estate agent and letting agent in Liverpool City Centre.

Harry, Mia and Danielle will join the rest of the City Residential management team at a pivotal moment in the industry where the forthcoming Renters Rights Bill will re shape how the industry works. They have already played in huge role in preparing us for the proposed changes, ensuring that both new and existing clients are up to speed on how the new legislation will affect their properties. Their new roles will also help us mantain and grow our position as the No 1 estate agent and letting agent in Liverpool City Centre as we head into our 25th year of trading!
