Three new staff at City Res!

As the leading letting agent and estate agent in the city we are delighted to announce the arrival of three new team members at City Residential!

Aimee has joined the sales team and will work with Harry/Fin in growing the sales pipeline for the company at the same time as dealing with the issues from the fallout of the Building Safety Act and its effect on the sales market in the city.

Both Sam and Moli have joined us in the lettings and property management department, arriving from the short term accommodation/serviced apartment sectors, and will focus their efforts in helping the team grow the portfolio of apartments in Liverpool City Centre. They will also work on the forthcoming Renters Rights Bill ensuring that all of our landlord clients are fully compliant with the new legislation.
