Ropewalks scheme gets approval

A long term vacant site in Ropewalks looks likely to be redeveloped after Liverpool City Council approved the development of 88 city centre apartments. The scheme offers a mix on 37 one-bed apartments, 46 two-bed apartments and 5 three bed apartments together with a 3,800 commercial unit to the ground floor.

Jack Farrell, associate at Falconer Chester Hall and lead architect for the scheme, said: “This is a fantastic

“We are thrilled to have worked on a project that contributes to the city’s ongoing regeneration.”
