He was extremely helpful with liasing with the sellers, setting up viewings and pushing the sale along at pace which meant we were able to complete within a very short space of time. I have no doubt given her 5 stars or more because she responded to issues regarding the property timely, she is very professional in her dealings. She ensure issues are sorted out timely and update me via emails. She is a great asset to the company and her type is very rare.
I enjoy dealing with her even when issues are not under her jurisdiction. Always happy to speak with her as I know that my concern will be addressed in a timely manner.

Never had such a good experience with a letting agent, from moving in during my tenancy and moving out, everything was done with ease. Nothing was too much trouble, any maintenance issues easily reported and dealt with quickly and easy communication with staff .
Rachel has been absolutely amazing at helping to arrange a change of tenancy! Nothing was too much to ask and she really has gone above and beyond to arrange my desired outcome. I can’t recommend City Residential enough! All emails/phone calls have been responded to immediately.

I’ve used City Residential for 16 years. They have been excellent throughout, handling all aspects of the lettings and allowing me to forget about the place while they managed it for me. I decided to put it for sale this year and got City Residential to sell it. They had a number of offers very quickly and got me a good price. Throughout the sale process their communication and assistance was top class.
