City Res welcomes Jack to the team!

City Residential Liverpool’s leading city centre estate agent and letting agent are delighted to welcome Jack Safadi to their growing team. Jack joins as a trainee property agent and will work across all areas of the business including, estate agency sales, lettings and property management. Continuing our ongoing commitment to employ new team members from outside of the property world, Jack joins us after experience in the hospitality sector but is keen to embark on a property career moving forward.

Jack’s appointment comes at an important time for the company, and the estate agency/letting agency ector as a whole, with the Renters Rights Act implementation date of 1st May 2026 looming large. Jack will help us ensure that all of our landlord clients will be fully prepared for the new legislation which is the biggest shake up in the property sector for over 30 years!
