Liverpool Restaurant Week a roaring success!

Liverpool is known as one of the most popular UK cities for eating out and the city’s second annual Restaurant Week which finished on 18th May was a roaring success. £271,000 worth of offers were downloaded by diners, an increase of around 15% over the inaugural event in 2024. The event which takes place over a period of nine days features a range of eating and drinking deals offered by an array of venues which this year totalled over 100. Gaucho emerged as the most downloaded offer of the week and also benefited from bieng voted the most popular participating venue in a survey carried out by Liverpool Bid Company.

The Liverpool Bar and Restaurant scene has also seen some new additional entrants over the last few weeks including Hume which has opened a new venue on Gradwell Street. The eagerly anticipated restaurant aims to “create a fair and sustainable food system, tackling health and environmental issues one dish at a time.”
