Our latest quarterly report titled “It’s NOT grim up north!” is now available to download from our website.

The report focuses on the dramatic improvements we have seen over the last 3-5 years in an area which has always promised so much but often failed to deliver. With numerous large residential developments under way, the Everton stadium complete and further progress at Liverpool Waters the future looks bright and fully justifies our headline! The developments underway will deliver thousands of apartments for sale and to let but, as we highlight in the report, more owner occupier and affordable housing is required.
