Built to Rent success

We are delighted to announce that All Six House, Liverpool city centre’s latest Build to Rent scheme, is now nearly fully let with just a couple of apartments remaining. The development, which is located overlooking Derby Square in the centre of Liverpool, comprises a collection of 141 one and two bedroom contemporary apartments. We acted on behalf of Leef Properties in helping lease up the scheme. This fantastic Build to Rent development was only signed off for completion in June!

The speed at which the apartments have been let is a testament to the style and quality of the build. Each apartment offers an ultra-modern specification which is finished to a high standard. The development offers a vibrant position close to an array of bars, restaurants and entertainment with Castle Street close by and easy access to Liverpool One opposite!

The success of the project, with the involvement of City Residential, highlights our status as the leading letting agent in Liverpool City Centre and the importance for Build to Rent developers to engage with a strong local agent in the letting process. It also highlights the continued strength of the lettings market in Liverpool City Centre with rents continuing to rise ahead of inflation as tenants appreciate the wide selection of bars, restaurants, theatre and culture on their doorstep.
