Huge turnout for FBE/FFT event

City Residential hosted the annual FBE/FFT residential event on Thursday 25th May at the Great Hall in the Cotton Exchange Building, Liverpool. The event saw an audience of over 100 property professionals turn up to listen to our MD Alan Bevan and a panel of 6 leading industry experts review the residential market in Liverpool City Centre. Discussing subjects such as Liverpool Build to Rent, Liverpool Student developments, cladding issues, Liverpool short term lettings and land values the panel also welcomed a variety of questions from the audience.

Commenting on the event Alan highlighted the continued popularity of the event “With many employees now working from home it is always exciting to get such a great turnout for this “in person” event and is testament to the interest shown in the Liverpool City Centre residential market. The breadth and knowledge of the panel was always going to attract a lot of interest and hopefully the attendees found the event useful”

Alan Bevan

Managing Director Alan began his property career as a trainee surveyor before moving into Estate Agency in the early 90’s.
