Double distinction for City Residential employee’s Rachel and Stephen

After more than 12 months of blood, sweat and a few tears Rachel Bradshaw (Head of Lettings) and Stephen Butterly (Head of Property Management) have just passed their Housing and Property Management Level 3 Apprenticeship with both of them having achieved a pass with distinction! We are immensely proud of their performance not least given the challenges that last year brought such as landlord licensing, new legislation and a booming letting market.
