Record Summer Lettings

Despite the difficult economic climate City Residential are delighted to announce record breaking performances in their lettings division over the summer.
Having let an amazing 180 apartments over the last 3 months we continue to see a strong demand even into late September by which time the market is usually subsiding.
"We are up over 35% on last year during the period" commented General Manager Phil Hartley "despite some commentators saying there was too much supply and little demand!"
Most encouraging is that the increased demand appears to be due to tenants desire to live in the city centre rather than other areas, no doubt helped by the massive improvements and regeneration we have seen over the last few years.
