Although the residential market continues to be subdued May was a very good month for us at City Residential with our best sales performance for 18 months!
Prices have continued to fall over the last few months although the rate of decline is slowing and bargain hunters are beginning to appear.
The encouraging signs for the market is that the activity was not just concentrated on investors at the bottom end of the market with sales ranging from £80,000 through to £575,000. Perhaps the most positive message is that there is definitely more owner occupiers in the market than at any time over the past 12 months.
