After the boom in the lettings market in 2008 the increased supply in 2009 was always going to have an affect on the market and this has been the case during the first 5 months of the year.
We can report good success, however, at both Alexandra Tower and The Albany where both the 1st phases of 20 apartments have been let despite the tougher conditions.
